I did a test here with the hbmk2 review of 13,371 and some characters
are displayed incorrectly in the translation to Portuguese. Both
Windows XP, Vista and Seven the problem persisted and I could not
test on Linux, but apparently the file posted in SVN have some
incorrect characters, my last file contains the translated characters
in OEM charset and everything is showed ok (I test it here). Another
solution would be to remove the accents of the texts translated,
because the way it is now, can not correctly read the translated text.

Best Regards,
Vailton Renato

PS: Sorry for bad english.
