Great idea. Makes MSVC forced C++ mode and LTCG options unnecessary.Here it caused a quite big speedup, especially with MSVC (12%), with MinGW the difference was about 4%. There is one catch though, fm.c is included in hbvmall, which causes that -fmstat hbmk/hbmk2 options doesn't work. Shouldn't
