python-notmuch2 is broken [1] since the upgrade of notmuch
to version 0.35 (fb3508bb36).
Looks like a Python file is supposed to be generated by the configure
phase [2], but python-notmuch2 uses the python-build-system which, I
guess, does not run configure.
