I noticed that the groff language is grossly underrepresented in the
Rosetta Code Chresthomaty (rosettacode.org).

Just a heads-up:
No one but me has ever committed to the "post-1.23.0" Git branch and
everything on it that is going to be merged to the master branch has
been already.
