As you all certainly know Ted left Mozilla a few months back after a
very long stay in which he touched almost every component in the tree.
In the modules list he's still listed as a Firefox [1] and Build Config
[2] peer as well as the owner of the Test Harness [3] and XPCShell Test
Harness [4] mod
As per the discussion in thread [1] I've created the "Crash reporting"
submodule under the "Toolkit" module. Because of its poor encapsulation
the module straddles a few directories and source files which I've added
to simplify reviews. Currently I'm the module owner and sole peer but
