Hi Mihail. I'm not a Google representative, but I can tell you that if you are selling an app and using GoogleMaps, you must pay for the use of Maps. If your users need to sign on to a private web site (using https) and use Google Maps, you must pay for Maps. Best regards, Carlos Montelongo 2017
