But when I asked this question in Support via phone, they answered that if I had a paid web app, need to buy Premium License. So where is the truth? Paid app use less than 25k queries to map its for free? (like in this table https://developers.google.com/maps/pricing-and-plans/#details) Paid app need Premium License for Google Maps API?
