FossaPup is based on Ubuntu Focal Fossa 20.04 LTS. I don't think this ubuntu-based series was continued, at least not officially. The newer release is based on Debian Bookworm, but Fossapup did get an updated release iso in March 2023. Even modern Pups run in RAM. That's part of how they work.
