Is this a bill or invoice? (Bills are FROM Vendors - you owe, Invoices are TO customers - they owe you.) The process is the same, but how you traverse the menus to get to them and the terminology makes a difference. First, do a search for the invoice/bill using the Business > Vendor/Customer >

If the bill is paid, it won’t show up in the reminder box. You also don’t need to pay from the reminder box. That is just a convenience. Do a search for the bill as I noted, does it show as paid? (is the Paid? column checkbox checked or not?) Open a process-payment window and pull up the vendor
