Anita, When you are viewing the desired report in GnuCash, the next-to-last button on the right in the GnuCash toolbar, as Frank has stated, is 'Export". Use that button to save the report somewhere on your computer. Then open the file with any internet browser and print it from the browser. Th

Anita, In that case I can only suggest that you try different browsers. I just tried with Firefox, Safari, and Chrome: All worked to the extent that no lines were split, but Firefox and Safari made slightly nicer PDFs having a header with the file name and a footer with the page number. Regard
