Since updating to the latest version I have been unable to get prices to
download. I updated the necessary Perl modules using gnc-fq-update.
In the application it does not report an error. I can see the command line
window (running the perl scripts) briefly appear in the background, then close.
Looking at the picture of the menu shows that it has been customized.
Next best step would be to download the official full Windows package and
try to install it. That should create and populate that group properly. I
don't believe reinstalling it will harm in anyway as I have reinstalled

You seem to have a different Windows menu on your Windows 10 than I do.
Perhaps that's the tablet mode and I'm in desktop mode.
On my Windows menu there are both a GnuCash application and a GnuCash folder.
Inside the folder I do see the Online price retrieval installer.

That screenshot is too small for me to read, however you can start
troubleshooting using the GnuCash price support utilities in a command
window.
