Looking at the picture of the menu shows that it has been customized.
Next best step would be to download the official full Windows package and try to install it. That should create and populate that group properly. I don't believe reinstalling it will harm in anyway as I have reinstalled multiple times on my own desktop without any issues nor will it impact your ability to retrieve prices as it will not touch that portion of installation either.
