deleted the next import with a particular online account id will prompt you to
select the account.

The reference to the "terminal" suggests a Mac, but I'll defer to PH.
PH, it's not clear why you think configuring a transaction report would require
any coding; most reports have extensive options to select specific transactions
and accounts, so it's really necessary for you to describe what it

You are looking for the Bayesian matcher for the errant account.
You can get to it by clicking on 'Tools' and then selecting 'Import Map
Editor'. A new window will open. In that window, make sure that you have
selected "Bayesian" to the top question, which should read "What type of

Hi all,
I do see a few messages spread over the years about similar issues but
most have gone unanswered so I thought I'd create a new one.
My partner and I have been jointly using GNUcash for a few years. The

Actually it's even worse than the example shown. Had there been no
transactions at the top level Auto, then all the subcategories would show
up without any indication that they were under the top level auto account.

Parking

Repair and Maintenance
$2000.00
Tolls

I don't recall the details from memory, but I think they vary somewhat

you are using. Please provide that information.

Apparently sometime in the past I made an error when the matcher asked

put one payment in GnuCash, which was a split payment for all 4

can you please elaborate what exactly your problem while creating transaction

Well, if it sounds reasonable. Installing a newer version will retain your
records and may solve the issue. I'm assuming you've gone to the help
files to learn how to create the transaction reports. They are not
necessarily intuitive and may draw from different settings. Just be sure
