I don't see anything specific to linked documents in PieCash.
I see that the IU menu item "Manage Document Link" calls

Welcome to GnuCash!
When you do the import, all of those transactions should have one
account the same, for whatever you are importing from, say, a bank
account. You then assign the 'other' account for each transaction.
(expenses, paying liabilities, income, etc.)

I am using Version: 4.10 Build ID: 4.10+(2022-03-26) on a Windows 10 computer.
When I import a csv file that contains Hebrew letters in a field, the letters
display as question marks. Is there an option to import the characters and
have them display just like they appear or is there a translate
Mateja, I’m very new to GnuCash as well and have almost entered all my
transaction for year to date. It looks as though you are working with you
checking account. I had major problems with CSV and found QFX much much
easier. Major mistake doing more then one month at a time! If you mess up

Unfortunately no. If you spend four hours within a single import, the
autosave is not going to help you.

Thanks for the key strokes Adrien. Guess I was just bumfuzzled and forgot

Hello everybody,
I found out about GnuCash (and double-entry accounting) three days ago
and I want to use it to track my spending...
My bank allows me to export my transaction history to a CSV file.
I plan to use that feature regularly and import transactions into GnuCash.
Here's how my bank's

process of creating my COA while entering data for the year 2022. I am
using GC v4.11 in Windows 11. I have a 256GB SSD from Dell purchased this

Phyllis,
Although I haven't used the importer in recent years, I know that in the past
it has been known to take a LONG time to process. Perhaps it was still working
on the import when you went to Task Manager and killed the process.
Also, I know that when I've been creating new accounts on t
