I specifically go thru the mail list and look for Dave's posts to make
sure what he sends doesn't get forgotten or missed in a docs release

Attached is an updated diff for the Tutorial & Concepts Guide - after I
posted to last one I noticed that there was comment in the wiki about
explaining how to get the report options to display.
I have add a paragraph on that.
