Attached is an updated diff for the Tutorial & Concepts Guide - after I
posted to last one I noticed that there was comment in the wiki about
explaining how to get the report options to display.
I have add a paragraph on that.
I have additional updates pending for the Help files, some trivial, some
"significant" (or at least I think so).
