If your autoconf scripts are going to depend on a
certain version of autoconf, would it be possible
for it to check that instead of dying on a strange
error about @SHELL@?

Would it be possible to produce patches to get between
version 1.2.4 and 1.2.5 for example?
If I do a cvs download, how much download will that be
approximatly and will it be better or worse than a
tar.gz?
(Looks like I'll need the cvs version if I want heirarchical
accounts and double-entry ac
type and being able to participate in transactions. I was suprised
it wasn't supported.
6. Are Debian packages that install on slink available?
7. Report output as HTML is fine. Output as Latex would be very nice.

Hi,
According to the website, the download it at
ftp://ftp.gnucash.org/pub/gnucash
but that directory doesn't exist and there's no obvious
alternative.
Where can I get it and what is the recommended (most stable)
to use?

The first bug is that there don't seem to be any mailing
list archives so I have no idea whether my second bug is
actually a bug.
The second possible bug is as follows:
I built a small heirarchy of accounts but when I select
the Transfer command from the menu, I can only transfer
to/from account
