Rahul are you sure you have pressure sensitivity enabled? From your description it sounds like this might not be the case. It should be pretty hard to accidentally trigger the message tray if pressure sensitivity is working. I believe this requires xorg-server 1.14, so it's not available in Ubuntu

Using gnome-shell-3.8.1-4.fc19.i686 here. Am I the only one who has issues with right-clicking on the Removable Devices icon? I can see a list for 1 or 2 seconds and that's it, the menu never appears again until after a restart. Possibly related log below: Window manager warning: Log level 16: S

Can a gnome3 extension be developed with a ms office ribbon like/ a very customizable HTML interface which uses dbus for communication with libreoffice applications ?? It can have a dropdown thing like drop down terminal extension of gnome3, a drop down should open whenever libreoffice is opened.
