I fixed a couple places in Epiphany where we were using HTTP URLs for
DuckDuckGo instead of HTTPS URLs. These URLs are marked for translation
so that you can add a region key if you choose, so you should update
your translations to match the new URL (just add the s in https).

I would branch for gnome-3-26 now and make this change in master. I see
that this change is useful, but I don't think it's
sufficiently-important to justify a string freeze break this late in
the cycle.
