The "Tomboy/PreferencesDialog.cs" has been modified to have an
"Add-ins" tab instead of a "Plugins" tab. The UI is somewhat
different than the old plugins tab. It more resembles the Add-ins
dialog included in MonoDevelop. This file contains both new UI and
new strings (for buttons/etc.).

I've moved most of our old Plugins to use the new Mono.Addin support.
With this, there's a new AddinInfoDialog (exactly the same as the info
dialog used in MonoDevelop). The code for it is found in
Tomboy/PreferencesDialog.cs. When a user highlights an addin in the
preferences dialog and click on

Hello,
Just letting you know of a new checkbox (and string) in the "Export to
HTML" file save dialog. This allows users to export recursively
linked notes to HTML.
The name of the new checkbox is "Include all other linked notes".
