I have just committed a fix for bug #551574 Project names and
descriptions are not translatable:
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=551574
It adds as translatable strings all project wizard names and
descriptions (32 strings).
These strings are extracted from all
plugins/project
