CVS for use in future
translation updates, but not use it during the build. Instead, I was
thinking of keeping a planner/docs/user-guide/es/planner.xml to use in
the build.

Also, I was wondering if there was a howto doc out there for translators
using this tool. If not, I'll be happy to create one... nothing too fancy,
just a simple step by step walkthru - something like your readme
file, but expanded upon a bit.
