String changes in gnome-panel

Hi, I've ported a bunch of things to GtkBuilder in gnome-panel, and therefore removed some from strings. I'll likely have another similar change soon. There's also one string which was really changed ("Clock Options" => "Clock Format") Vincent -- Les gens heureux ne sont pas pressés.

String change in gnome-disk-utility

Hi, one string has been changed in gnome-disk-utiliy. The wrong string was: "The selected file system has a concept of file ownership. If checked, the created file system be will be owned by you. If not checked, only the super user can access the file system." It is now similar to another one.
