GConf branched for 2.22

Hi, I've branched GConf for 2.22 so that a patch I posted to bug 507310 can go on trunk. (Initially I committed the patch without branching and then Andre pointed out to me on IRC that it broke string freeze). Just a heads up, --Ray ___ gnome-i18n mail
