It wasn't part of GNOME 2.20 and it wasn't ever string-frozen, but it
was the stable (and to be translated) branch before 2.4. I thought it
wouldn't harm to point people to the current stable version (

couldn't you use the libc locales for this ?

I committed a patch to trunk and gnome-2-22 branch marking the string
for translation.
