I'm putting Pan into a string freeze for its upcoming 1.0 release.
The freeze will be two weeks, going through Monday, October 16.
Since the po files are imported from Pan's pre-rewrite module,
there are a lot of strings to go through for a big 1.0 release.

some very small changes to UI text: it fixes the
punctuation for a few strings in the preferences
dialog.
The maintainer and myself are a bit unsure how to
