As a result of the UI review that was help on Thursday, we would
like to change this string in gucharmap:
"based on Unicode Character Database"
to
"based on the Unicode Character Database"
I will also patch all PO files, so no action is requried from the
translators. May I do this? (

gn_BR symbology.
