Although Vietnamese uses a Roman alphabet, the meaning in words is
differentiated by tones. We also have several additional vowel sounds
which the normal Roman alphabet can't represent. This results in a

I noticed that the due date for tarballs for GNOME 2.13.14
is 2nd January 2006. I will be on vacation from 24th December
2005 until 9th January 2006, so I'm not going to be able to
