I've just started to translate rnotes to spanish and I've noticed the
inclusion of rnwhy.xml is commented at release-notes.xml but it's not removed
from Makefiles. So it's part of release-notes.pot and has to be translated
even if it's not going to be visible.
Could you fix this?

sorry to change things so late in the game, but apparently there was a
problem in gnome-dictionary : the string "_dictionary" was removed
from the translation catalog sometimes during the 2.9 timeframe. This
was pointed out to me by Reinout.
