So my question was ... the help file was updated with the .68 version
release ?

Hi,
There is no portugese translation of the help files.
So by default we used the english ones.
It is true for all langages.
If you send us a translation we will modify the config entry to used it.

noticed that the instalation path is not on the general config, as
informed on the english help file. Did any help file suffer any update
on this release ?

After reading again my mail I see that I do not say who is the guy I'm
talking about.
I will try to correct my mistake.
It is Meldor who has planned to translate it in english tomorrow.
He has already rewritten a big part of the french one.

No these files are not up to date.
We must to work on it.
You could begin to work on it but some add-ons/minor changes will be done.
