I've been significantly impressed with the quality of the Click
project from both a community and a code standpoint.
This is a small but innovative project that illustrates the benefits
of the Apache way. Besides Will and Henning's Apache experience,
Malcolm Edgar is also involved in Apache C

The initial PMC may be small but as long as the community works well,
continues to attract users and committers, and follows the Apache Way,
I have no issues.

many Apache projects have shown that small PMCs can work as effectively (or
sometimes even more effective) than bigger PMCs. In a small PMC, the sense
of responsibility and ownership is different from a 20+ members PMC. I feel
that the Click community has gone tremendously well through
