Hello Jim, many Apache projects have shown that small PMCs can work as effectively (or sometimes even more effective) than bigger PMCs. In a small PMC, the sense of responsibility and ownership is different from a 20+ members PMC. I feel that the Click community has gone tremendously well through the transition phase in the incubator and is more than ready to graduate to a full TLP.
I very much enjoyed working with Bob, Malcolm, Naoki and all the other contributors to Click as well as with my fellow mentors on bringing this project through the incubator.
