This is kind of hard to accomplish, so I would also to suggest to
discuss the details later. As said before, this isn't really a
requirement anyways, since it can always be run of the shelf.

Loosing the information stored in the 11.5k changesets / commit messages
would hurt a project of this size quite a bit.

really not in favor for using Jira as an issue tracker, I
could live with that. The CI server is a different issue, since it is
not vital for the project I guess it would be no deal if someone runs
