Hi,
about Livy, I added a note few days ago regarding the current
discussion on the mailing list.
I can sign the report, but it's an empty one for now. I will write a
report with action plan next month.

Out of curiosity: is there a specific motivation for the change for the
incubator - or just to keep in line with 'regular' PMC path? Also, is
there a relevant thread somewhere from Board discussion, as to the reason
for the change for PMC wait period?

+1 to keep the NOTICE and remove 72 hours requirement.
One reminder here is that we should update the description on
https://whimsy.apache.org/ when adding new members also. Currently, it

What can we do to help avoid this situation? At certain times of the
year, mentors may not really have the time.

Hi,
Several projects have not submitted a report. The incubator report has been
submitted to the board, and there is still a short window where you may be able
to submit your report via Whimsey [1]
Podlings that failed to report and are currently expected next month are:
• Livy
Hi,
The board recently changed the 72-hour waiting time to add a PMC member to a
top level project. We have the same 72-hour waiting time to add PPMC members to
a podling.
Do we want to consider removing this 72-hour waiting time and just require a
PMC to notify the IPMC that they want to add
Hi,
Several projects in recent months have not been submitting reports. I've sent
these projects a [ROLL CALL] to see if they still have a functioning PPMC. The
projects are:
- Livy
- Marvin-AI
- Milagro
- Spot
- Teaclave
- Toree
I'm aware Livy is discussing a reboot, so that is one of the issu
Hi,
Just a note, poddlings do not go to the attic, only top level projects do. Most
often a podling in this state will continue to live on GitHub as long as there
is a community to support it.
Kind Regards,

I'm note sure if the docker image is a bundled release[1], and now
it's hard to compose the License file for that especially we build the
docker image on top of theres.
It looks like most ASF docker images don't provide separated License
files for the software which install in the docker image.
A
