Ok, well, that's a procedural response, similar to the one available on the incubator site, and is helpful as such, but I was also hoping to understand the process in practice. That is, what are the criteria by which the incubator PMC determines whether or not a project is ready for "graduation"?

A minor correction, it seems that *-get works when requesting a single message, (e.g., [EMAIL PROTECTED]), but not for a range (e.g., [EMAIL PROTECTED]). *-index and *-thread don't seem to work at all, either for a single message or for a range. The automated response claims this is not a command
