Thanks for your patience. Our Google Cloud infrastructure is now back
online. I'll go through Gerrit momentarily to re-start the tests that
failed due to this unexpected downtime.
A couple of hours down over the course of a year... not too bad, all things
considered :)

We're having an issue with the billing for our Google cloud infrastructure.
There may be intermittent issues with gem5 infrastructure for a little
while. We hope to get this resolved within a few hours.
