Dear all, I am building an ARM64 disk image by Packer. However, I ran into the following error

The preseed.cfg and serial-getty@.service file are the same as the one on this <https://gem5art.readthedocs.io/en/latest/tutorials/boot-tutorial.html#creating-a-disk-image> tutorial I attach the packer json config file in the email, please have a look.
