it all worked perfectly and was very easy to do in XP. Which I am still
running. But over the years I guess that Windows has changed and made my plan

The issue here is that Jim doesn't know how to create true Windows
setup programs using Inno Setup, Nullsoft Installer, Advanced Setup
Installer, etc. Therefore he has always resorted to a Winzip
Self-Extractor method which has worked well for him up until now. Now,
