Hello Freesurfer experts.
I am trying to run a QDEC analysis on some MRI data I have. I want to see if
thickness is correlated with language scores I have for each subject, while
accounting for differences in age, and gender.
I would like to select the gender as a fixed variable, and both the a
I am wondering if there a way to account for repeated measures when running a
QDEC analysis. I have 60 scans taken from 39 subjects (ranging between 1 scan
per subject to 5 scans per subject).
Over all I am trying to corrlelate freesurfer measures of thickness and volume

Hello Freesurfer experts,
I have two separate questions.
1. I am doing an MRI study on young children (3-5 years old). I have read in a

Hey Bruce,
I uploaded a subject that you requested a few days ago (problems with
segmentation in the occipital lobe). I just wanted to make sure the file

Thanks,
