The information in this e-mail is intended only for the person to whom it is
addressed. If
if there is a way to export the CNR value, that is 1.602, to a
seperate file alongside with the subject's ID. I suppose there are no such
bulit-in commands in FreeSurfer, is that right?
Thanks.

cnr_sample.txt; done
But all in all, I would say the problem is more or less solved, so thanks
everybody for your input.

You may find this paper useful:
http://www.biomedcentral.com/1471-2342/12/27
Authors describe there some measures such as "Euler number" and “Contrast
to Noise ratio (CNR)". Actually, they dont belong to QA package, but they are
definitely worth looking at.

mri_annotation2label, I got different labels than those

My question therefore is, what can be consider as a output of cortical
parcellation procedure, i.e. when I am about to pick some cortical seeds for
further analyses?
