And, for WM I know that I must use the commands: mri_aparc2aseg and
mri_segstats, but I don't know the options of each command that I must
use... Could you please send me the complete commands for WM?...

I don't know it is an mprage got in our center using a Siemens Avanto
equipment freesurfer specify that the images has two nframes and for
that reason freesurfer could not process it...
