Dear all,
The total corpus calllosum volume is not in the aseg.stats file, but instead I
find CC post, mid post, central, mid ant, and anterior. Is it the same of the
sum of these parts?
Thanks

Dear freesurfers,
Do I need to normalize volumes (MNI space or Tailarach) from aseg.stats and
aparc.stats before entering data in another statistical programme?
Thanks

Dear Freesurfers,
this question may be naive - I somewhat new to freesurfer. What is the
difference between analyzing data with QDEC or just using aparc-aseg.txt values
in other statistical program (besides being able to "visualize" the results).
Many thanks
Alfredo
Hello,
My name is Alfredo and I'm
interested in performing freesurfer with a 3T PHILIPS scanner.
I
would like to know what are the recommended parameters in this machine
to obtain good quality T1 data (equivalent to Siemens
MPRAGE or GE SPGR).
Thanks a lot,

I had some problems with 3 images of different patients running the recon-all
