I am trying to use my Freesurfer files that were created during recon all
in a MATLAB code. Do I need to add something at the start to do so or open
MATLAB through the terminal to get these to work? At the moment it is
giving an error saying "u
Make sure you use add_path $dir first, where "dir" indicates the directory with
all the Freesurfer matlab functions on your machine.

I think I figured out my answer. ADNI does 4 volume Amyloid PET analyses by
averaging the 4 volumes together. I do not need to do kinetic modeling. I hope
this helps someone else in the same situation in the future.
