Also, in theory, there should not be a change in eTIV with age. The "e"
in eTIV means "estimated" and sometimes the estimate can get
non-sensensical aspects to it.

So,you have the surface-based BA4 label and a surface-based lesion
label. You want to create a new label of BA4 that excludes the lesion
label. Is that right?

our license lets you do pretty much whatever you want :). That said, the
recon pipeline is complex and it isn't so easy to pick and choose steps,
although I guess if you are just processing already datasets that have
already been run through recon-all it should be pretty straightforwar
