[Freesurfer] thalamus_proper or whole_thalamus volume measurement?

External Email - Use Caution Dear all, For the new thalamus nuclei segmentation there is a measurement for the whole left and right thalami. The values are different from the thalamus_proper values. Which output should be reported as the volume for the whole thalamus? Thank you
