External Email - Use Caution Dear Corinna, The reason for this is that the volumes correspond to two different analyses. The volumes from the two sources are highly correlated, though, so it shouldn’t make almost any difference to use one or the other – but it you’re doing any analysis with the nuclei, I would use the one from the thalamic tool, for consistency.
