Hello freesurfer experts,
I've recently set up a PC running Ubuntu 16.04LTS and tried to run a
freesurfer version which was running well on another PC (also running
Ubuntu 16.04LTS)...the nightly build for centos6 of 2016-09-03. I'm
running the recon-all script. While running mri_ca_register, I

Hi Vivek - I suspect that you are specifying the DWI dicom of one of the
subjects, and trac-all uses the default 60-direction Siemens gradient table.
It's hard to know without seeing your configuration file.
How are you merging the DWIs of the two subjects? You only mention how you

Dear FS users,
No I can't run it without anonymization.
Anyway, I do not know if this can be of any help but here attached you can see
the error that stopped the reconstruction when I tried to run the nifti version
of the "mosaic' dicom; I transformed the dmc2nii with MRIcron.
Thanks,
Marian

Dear FS team,
I have one short question regarding Optseq:
What is the recommended psdwinMAX value for events of 8s?
I have read in this forum that events of 3s should have a psdwinMAX of 21s or
even 24s; does this mean that events of 8s should have a psdwinMAX of 26-29s?
Thank you very much,
Xavi
Yea, 26 sec should be ok

sorry, if it has lost critical parameters, then we can't recover from it.

Thanks. This looks fine. When you run that xfmrot command directly on the linux

Hey Doug,
First, thanks for your previous answer, it helped me to clarify some issues.
Lately, I’ve been doing what you suggested. But something just caught my
attention. To recap, I was testing with DODS for an interaction of a continuous
variable (age) with two discrete factors, diagnosis (
