I am still having some trouble with this. As a test, used mri_label2label
to convert a label I had in freesurfer to the fsaverage brain, as I
couldn't get it to covert just to talairach (see my last email, included
below as well). Then I removed all the vertex numbers and replaced them
with -1.

We've been comparing 2 different methods to obtain CT averages for 4 Volume
ROI-s (volume ROI-s were in Colin27 space).
We've used the 40 buckner subjects for the comparisons.

I am relatively new to FreeSurfer, so this may be a silly question, but when i
run any of the recon-all commands such as:
recon-all -autorecon-pial -subjid SMART001bT1
OR
recon-all -s SMART001bT1 -autorecon2 -autorecon3
OR
recon-all -s SMART001bT1
I keep getting this error:
