Freesurfer gurus: When using rebuild_gca_atlas.csh it fails due to the fact that not all of the TRs TEs and FlipAngles are identical across all scans I am using for the atlas. Is there any major concern if we artificially change these values using mri_modify so that they are identical? Much tha
