Hi,
Is it possible to collect all 18 tracts stats into a single file?
Has tried:
"tractstats2table --load-pathstats-from-file paths.txt --overall
--tablefile tractAll.txt"
Path.txt contains all the subjects' 18 paths' full path directory

Hi FreeSurfer,
I have analyzed my diffusion data using Tracula and combined the voxelwise
diffusion measures across all subjects in one file (following the guidelines

Hi Simon - You are correct, this was a bug specific only to running the
-stat part of trac-all with the CVS template. Your work-around was

configuration as shown in the sample config file should work with the
-stat part as well.
Dear Tracula developers,
I posted a problem with tracula when I ran
trac-all -stat -c dmrirc_ind_mni_cvs_all_stats.all

Dear Tracula developers
I thought I had nearly reached the end of tracula processing. However, when
I perform the step,
trac-all -stat -c dmrirc_ind_mni_cvs_all_stats.all
I receive this error message
